Mixed Berry Smoothie
This mixed berry smoothie is made with lots of berries, plant-based milk, and maple syrup. It's full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!

Servings: 4 people
- 2 cups coconut milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup or sweeten to taste
In a blender add all ingredients. ( I used a Ninja blender. I'll link below)
Blend and divide into cups.
Top with fresh berries, mint, or even whipped cream.
You can cut this recipe in half if needed.
