Preheat oven to 375.
In a Nutri-Bullet or food processor add oats. Grind until you achieve a smooth powder.
Cut avocado lengthwise, pull apart, remove seed and with a spoon scoop out the inside of the avocado into a medium mixing bowl, mash well with a fork.
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan, let cool slightly and mix into avocado with a mixer or wooden spoon.
If using Chia egg, mix chia seeds and water in a small bowl and let set a couple of minutes.
Add egg, and sugar- mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl mix oat flour mix, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cacao powder, nuts, and chocolate chips.
Incorporate well by mixing with a wooden spoon.
With a wooden spoon mix dry ingredients into wet.
Spoon out heaping tablespoons of batter onto a cookie sheet. You can use the back of the spoon and flattened the top if you want a more flat cookie.
