These chocolate protein balls only take a few minutes to make and you have a chocolaty protein bite that is dairy, gluten, and refined sugar-free!

Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
1cup slivered almonds
2tablespooncoconut oilmelted
2tablespooncacao powder
3tablespoonmaple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
⅛teaspoonpink salt or sea salt
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl measure in almond flour.
Stir the cacao powder into the almond flour.
In a Nutri-Bullet or other blender, blend remaining ingredients until everything is blended up well. Be sure not to overmix so it doesn't turn into a paste.
Pour this blended mix into the almont flour mix and mix with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are combined.
A tablespoon at a time roll dough into balls until all dough is used, and place on a plate.
Dust with cacao powder or drizzle some melted chocolate chips over them.
Place into the fridge for a few minutes to slightly harden.
Keep refrigerated or if it's cool in your kitchen you can keep them on the counter.
