Frozen Yogurt and Chia Bites
These frozen yogurt bites take five minutes to mix up and are free of added refined sugar. Your kids will love this special treat.

Ingredients
2
cups
plain yogurt.
I use organic to eliminate GMOs
2
tablespoon
chia seeds
get organic chia seeds here
4
tablespoon
maple syrup
½
cup
blended berries frozen or fresh
I used frozen blueberries
Top with raspberries
optional
Instructions
In a medium-size bowl mix yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
With a Nutri Bullet or food processor blend berries until smooth.
Stir them in yogurt mixture.
Transfer mix to a measuring cup or pitcher for easy pouring.
Pour into silicone molds or you could also use cupcake paper cups.
Freeze for a couple hours and enjoy!

*You could put popsicle sticks in these.
