5-Minute Dalgona Coffee | Vegan
This quick and easy whipped coffee drink is bold, creamy and has a touch of sweetness! It is absolutely delicious!
Servings: 2 people
- 2 tbsp instant coffee like Nescafe
- 2 tbsp sugar I use organic cane sugar
- 2 tbsp very hot water
- 2 glasses filled 3/4 full of coconut milk or milk of choice
- 3-4 cubes of ice per glass
In a mixing bowl place instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
With a whisk or hand mixer mix until frothy, light brown in color, and the whipped coffee comes to a peak (like the consistency of meringue).
Add a few ice cubes to your glasses then fill up 3/4 way with coconut milk.
Top with the whipped coffee.
Serve, mix with a spoon, and enjoy!
