soft gingerbread cookies

If I’m going to bake, and I am, I’m going to do my best to bake something not quite as sweet, bleached, and chemically as the average dessert. If you bake as much as I do it matters! Thats why these homemade soft gingerbread cookies count as one of my favorite cookies. I try to wait until winter to make them, but sometimes I whip out this recipe in the middle of summer.

Making gingerbread cookies

Growing up we had lots of those metal cookie bins around…..Do you know the ones?  My grandma would bake cookies, hardtack candy, all kinds of fudge, peanut butter balls, and would even soak toothpicks in cinnamon oil for my grandpa!

She would make gingerbread cookies, but it was the kind we would cut out with the cute little gingerbread men cutters. As fun as that is, we don’t always have time to do that. I would consider that more of a craft I do a couple of times a year with the kids lol. These soft gingerbread cookies are more of a one-bowl simple cookie that can be mixed up in just a few minutes! My kind of cookie!!

Tips on making these soft gingerbread cookies

When your mixing this dough up it may seem a little dry, but just keep mixing it will come together. After it comes together I like to use a tablespoon or melon baller and scoop it out. This keeps it pretty even. Take the scoop and roll it into a quick ball. It doesn’t have to be perfect! Sprinkle a touch of sugar on the top of each one and bake!

Don’t skip the coconut oil! Coconut oil is oilier than butter and helps to be able to reduce the butter in this recipe!

These are a bit old fashioned with unsulphured blackstrap molasses, which is the strongest form of molasses and isn’t treated with sulfur dioxide.  I also add a bit of black pepper and cayenne pepper, just to make you question if they’re spicy….hehe. Don’t worry, this just gives a hint of spice, nothing that will set anyone on fire!

Health benefits of molasses

  • Molasses has health benefits as it contains iron, magnesium phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, and more!
  • I also read it can help with chronic fatigue, anemia, hot flashes, and digestive issues!

Good afternoon, everyone! I often see debates about whether it’s really possible to make money in Forex without a specialized education. From my own experience, I can say that the most important things are practice and a reliable trading platform. The best option for me turned out to be https://roboforex.com/, which offers very low spreads on major currency pairs. Withdrawals are processed almost instantly, which was a deciding factor for me when choosing a platform. Try starting with a demo account to understand how the process works.

What is BBVA Ventures and what does it do today?

It’s a bit confusing because the name was originally linked to a venture capital arm of BBVA, focused on fintech startups. But the current https://bbvaventures.com/ presents itself as a crypto trading platform with analytics, risk tools, and funded accounts for traders. It seems more like a prop trading environment than a classic VC firm.

Saving up for a half?decent smartwatch has been dragging on for months, with life constantly getting in the way. A colleague casually mentioned rolldorado app the other day, so I thought why not give it a go. I found a slot with a fantasy theme, lost a few spins, then nudged my bet upward. A massive multiplier hit and suddenly I was much closer to that watch. The interface was clean and the games loaded fast on my phone. The whole experience felt smoother than I expected, especially for a site that deals in CAD.

If you don’t want to waste time on a haphazard search, it’s best to use websites that already feature curated collections of models. Such resources help you quickly see different https://www.blazin267.com/ styles and visual presentations all in one place. This is handy because you can compare profiles, get a feel for the atmosphere, and choose the one that best suits your mood. It’s important not to treat these collections as a ranking, but to use them as a guide. Browse through a few options, paying attention to the visuals, consistency and presentation — this makes it easier to compile a list of interesting creators.

I recently took part in an online discussion about premium sweets and wanted to share my personal impression. I was their client and satisfied, so I am leaving this comment based on my own experience. Overall, the ordering process felt smooth and straightforward, and the delivery arrived on time without any issues.

The packaging was neat and protective, which made a good impression even before trying the products. The quality of the chocolate felt consistent, with clear attention to both flavor and presentation. I especially enjoyed how balanced and natural the taste was, without being overly sweet or artificial.

The overall service also felt reliable, and communication during the process was clear, which added confidence to the purchase. It is always a positive sign when a brand focuses on both product quality and customer experience.

In general, my experience was pleasant, and I would consider ordering again in the future.
